An organisation which Money for Madagascar works with, Akany Avoko, Faravohitra (AAF), is in desperate need of funds so that they can feed the children under their care in the
coming month. AAF is a children’s home which supports and cares for 55 destitute
girls in Madagascar. The home has running very low on money and urgently needs funds to
pay for meals for these girls until their next installment of funds arrives in
Mid-August.
The cost to feed the 55 girls 3 meals a day for a
month is £900. This relatively modest sum of money is vital for the important
work done by this centre. Any donation,
however big or small, by groups or individuals will be gladly accepted and will
help to get the centre through the coming month.
In the longer term we would also ask that groups
and individuals consider sponsoring a child at AAF. For a small amount each
month you can help ensure the long term security of the home and the future of
a child living there.
