Ulrike and Hans came across some Money for Madagascar projects on stuff your rucksack website, http://www.stuffyourrucksack.com and this brought them all the way from Germany to pay a visit to the Akany Avoko Faravohitra childrens' home and the Sisters of the Good Shepherd centre . They were so kind to bring some useful donations which included children clothes and some pain relief drugs such as paracetamols which are really needed especially at a time when most girls have complained of toothache.
We encourage people who intend to travel to Madagascar to 'stuff their rucksack' with as many donations as they could. You can have the pleasure of visiting the centres and handing over your donations in person. We encourage anyone coming soon to bring baby clothes as two young girls are expecting babies and clothes would be very useful for them.
